1. Return Eligibility

Because xprodz deals in premium Ayurvedic consumables and wellness products, health and safety regulations dictate that we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The safety seal must be completely intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Products with broken safety seals or signs of being opened.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless defective).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging our botanical formulations securely. However, if your product arrives damaged, leaked, or is defective, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and dispatched to our logistics partners, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or report a damaged item, please reach out to our support team through our Contact Us page or email us directly with your Order ID. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
